Arthur J.Chapman;52;of 803 Lookout St.;Monessen;died Sunday;Jan.6;1980;at the Veteran’s Hospital;Pittsburgh. A retired mill worker from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;he was the son of Thelma Green Chapman and the late William H.Chapman. He was born March 17;1927 in Monongahela. In addition to his mother;survivors include a sister;Mrs.Thelma Anderson of Monessen;and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday at the William R.Taylor Funeral Home in Monessen;where services will be at 11 a.m.Wednesday;with Elder J.E.Bass officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
