Violet Caliodis,74,of Dunlevy,died in Mon Valley Hospial on Saturday,Dec. 1,1979 at 7:25 p.m. She was born in Pittsburgh on July 26,1904,and resided in Dunlevy 26 years. She was formerly of Monessen. She was preceded in death by her husband,John,in 1947. She is survived by a daughter,Mrs. Geraldine Manos,of Dunlevy;two sisters, Mrs. Nora Wilkins of Dunlevy and Mrs. Stella Broom of Corando, Calif.;three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 7-9 on Monday. Services will be held at the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
