Martha Bertovich,89,of Arnold City,Belle Vernon,died Tuesday, Cct. 26,1999,in Humbert Lane Health Care Center, Washington,Pa. Born Sept. 21,1910,in Italy,she was the daughter of the late Jack and Maria Tosi Partzeana. She was Catholic by faith. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,Mark Bertovich,in 1949;and a daughter, Mary Ann Russell. Survivors include three daughters, Frances and husband James Levy of Belle Vernon, Norma Malena of Wheeling,Ill. and Donna and husband Ken Miller of Round Rock, Texas;two brothers, Carlo Bono of Fredericktown and Jack Bono of North Brook,Ill.;seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home Inc.,Fayette City,where a Blessing service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Father Donald P. Trexler officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
