Howard David Belles, 73, of 212 Washington Ave., Charleroi, died Friday, Dec. 11,1998, in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Dec. 30,1924, in Belle Vernon, a son of the late Joseph M. and Mary Layton Belles. Mr. Belles was a resident of Charleroi for the past two years, and prior to that he had been a resident of Pittsburgh since 1965. He was Protestant by faith and retired in 1981 as a truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his
wife, Felicia Karazynski Belles on April 12, 1997. Survivors include three nephews,Ray Johnson of Belle Vernon, Charles Johnson of Donora and Joseph (J.B.) Johnson of Charleroi. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc., 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon. Services will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev.James Ramsey,pastor of First Presbyterain Church,Belle Vernon. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
