Zaura Benedetti of 16 Broad St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;Dec.9;1984 at 3 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Twp. She was 72. Mrs.Benedetti was born Jan.27;1912;in Pistoria;Italy;a daughter of the late Ricardo and Rosina Chelli Monticelli. She was preceded in death by her husband;Dante Benedetti;in March of 1972;by a brother;Mario Monticelli;in July of 1984;and by a sister;Argia;who died in Italy. Mrs.Benedetti;who spent most of her life in Clairton;had been a resident of Belle Vernon the past 10 years. Surviving are three sons;Adolph Benedetti of Clairton;Jordan Benedetti of South Park and Valdo Benedetti of New Haven;Conn.;one daughter;Mrs.Lawrence (Pola) Dugan of Harrison City;Pa;one brother Reno Monticelli of Belle Vernon;one sister;Mrs.Anthony (Renata) Krasula of Chicago;Ill.;and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services were held at 10 a.m.on Wednesday ec.12;1984.
