Mrs.Bell was born March 20;1917;in Belle Vernon;a daughter of the late Walter and Lydia Curl Gillingham. A life-long resident of the Belle Vernon area;she was a member of the Bethany Bible Fellowship;Belle Vernon. Her husband;John R.Dell;died in September;1983. Surviving are a son;Fritz Frazier of Belle Vernon;one sister;Mrs.Eleanor Stark of Belle Vernon;two grandchildren;Debora House of Orlando;Fla.;and Dana Frazier of Belle Vernon;and one great-grandchild. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from 12 noon to 3 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Monday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home;with the Rev.William M.Jamison;pastor;Bethany Bible Fellowship;Belle Vernon;and the Rev.Thomas St.Clair;pastor;First United Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;co-officiating.
