died Monday;May 16;1983;at 1:30 a.m. in Jefferson Center. She was 70.
Mrs. Belsick was born Sept.
19; 1912; in Pricedale; a
daughter of the late Nicholas
and Anna Pysh Wassilchalk.
She was a member of Holy
Resurrection Orthodox
Church; Lynnwood and the
Belle Vernon Golden Agers.
Mrs. Belsick was a lifelong
resident of the Belle Vernon
area.
In addition to her parents
she was preceded in death by
two brothers; John and Andrew Wassilchalk and a
sister; Anna Tallerico.
Survivors include her husband; Theodore; two sons;
Joseph and James; both of
Belle Vernon; three brothers;
Michael and Danny
Wassilchalk both of Belle
Vernon and Peter
Wassilchalk of Ontario;
Calif.; two sisters; Mary
Bashada of Belle Vernon and
Pearl Makar of Carnegie;
and five grandchildren; Arthur; Darrin; Carolyn; Dale and Teddy Belsick. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friends will gather on Wednesday;May 18;1983 at 9 a.m.in the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Lynnwood;for services with the Rev.John Kluchko officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
