Grace F. Bickerton Boyce of 409 Market St., Belle Vernon,died Monday, Oct. 23,1978 at 7:12 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. She was 87. Born June 23,1891 in Allenport,she was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace Frank Bickerton. She had resided in Belle Vernon for the past 67 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon. She was preceded in death by her husband,Fred T. Boyce,on May 29,1956,and by several brothers and sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Marian) Swearer of Lynnwood and Miss June Boyce,with whom she resided; one sister,Mrs.Thelma Winnett;one grandson and one great-grandson. Friends will be received in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 7 to 9 Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Charles Colas of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon will officiate. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Leonard J. Parzynski is funeral director in charge.
