Horace N. Brown,5230 North Laramie Ave.,Chicago,Ill.died Sunday,March 12,1978 in Chicago. He was 80 years of age. He was born Jan. 15,1898 in the Isle of Mann. Mr. Brown is survived by his widow,Ina Boyd Brown,two sisters and two grandchildren,William and Ina Connell,both of Chicago. He was preceded in death by his parents,a son,Gordon Brown and a daughter,Grace Brown Connell. Visitations will be held Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Services will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Frank B. Gartathy,pastor of the Fayette City United Methodist Church,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
