Rosetta Lawson Allen; 71; of Greenhill; Pricedale; died Wednesday; March 3; 1993; in Mon Valley Hospital.She was born June 14; 1921; in Monessen; a daughter of the late Thomas and Ada Lawson Robinson.She was a self-employed beautician. She was a member of the National Hairdressers and Cosmetologist Association. She held a teacher’s license. She was Baptist by faith and a resident of the Mon Valley most of her life.Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law; Willie Allen of Atlanta and Gus and Irene Allen of San Francisco;one daughter; Betty Allen Lowe of Atlanta; two brothers;Henry Lawson of Greenhill;Pricedale;and George Robinson of Phoenix.one aunt;Lovie Hall of Thomaston;Ga.;eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren;numerous nieces;nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Carl Allen;in March of 1981.  Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 9 p.m.in the William R.Taylor Funeral Home;645 McMahon Ave.;Monessen;where funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m.with the Rev.Cleotha Ivy officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Trudy Taylor Jamison;director;is in charge of the arrangements.
