Mary Dorene Williams Cathers; 64; of North Belle Vernon; died Monday; March 28; 2011; at 1:57 p.m.; in Monongahela Valley Hospital; Carroll Township. Born May 7; 1946; in North Charleroi; she was a daughter of the late Warren Williams (April 11; 1980) and Verda Jane Myers Williams (March 7; 2011). A resident of North Belle Vernon; Mrs. Cathers was a member of First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon; was a homemaker and past Matron of the Eastern Star Monessen Chapter 205; formerly the Belle Vernon Chapter 196. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; David and Kathy Cathers; of Huntington; W.Va.; three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Janelle Williams; of North Belle Vernon; Gaye and Bill Jarzabek; of Pittsburgh; and Robin and Van Speers; of Hopewell; two grandchildren; Courtney and Brianna Cathers; two nieces; Anne and Amie Speers; of Hopewell; and a nephew; Adam Speers; of Hopewell. She was preceded in death by her son; Scott Cathers (Oct. 10; 1998). Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the LEONARD J.
