Russell M. Harbert, 86, of Charleroi, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 in Washington County Health Center. A son of the late J. C. and Alice Baker Greathouse Harbert, he was born in Braddock on November 24, 1923.
He was a retired steelworker from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Monessen Plant.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Martha Sisley Harbert in 2006.
