The funeral of Herbert Fairley;will take place Sunday afternoon from the home of the parents of the deceased;Mr.and Mrs.Albert Fairley;Reed avenue and Sixth street. Rev.A.T.Wallace;pastor of the Baptist church;will officiate. Interment will be made in the Belle Vernon cemetery. A special car will leave Sixth and Donner at 3:30 for convience of friends. (Herbert;the son of Mr.and Mrs.Bert Fairley;who was taken to the McKeesport hospital a week ago;where he underwent an operation for appendicitis;is reported in a critical condition. The patient contracted pneumonia after the operation and it is said he is in a greatly weakened condition.
