Obituary

Lisa Sagona Sinnamond, 48, of Charleroi, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. A daughter of Andrew Sagona, who survives and resides in Monessen, and the late Barbara Sepashe Sagona, she was born in North Charleroi on March 29, 1966. Catholic by faith, Lisa graduated from Charleroi Area High School in 1984, had resided in Charleroi for the past four years and was formerly of Belle Vernon. In addition to her father, survivors include one son, Steven Sinnamond of Monessen; one sister, Ellen Sagona of Charlotte, N.C.; her fiance, Gary Burgoyne of Charleroi; and her ex-husband, Melvin Sinnamond of Bentleyville. A private blessing service was officiated by the Father Michael Crookston, and burial was in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
