Clifford A. Popp; 83; formerly of Long Branch and Belle Vernon; passed away Saturday; May 28; 2011; in Thorpe’s Personal Care Home; Charleroi. He was born in Rostraver Township; April 14; 1928; a son of the late John D. and Camelia Rousseau Popp. Cliff was a retired painter. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law; Gene A. and Mary Joe Popp; of Rostraver Township; and Gary R. Popp; of Monessen; a brother and sister-in-law; Raymond and Mabel Popp; of Rostraver Township; and seven grandchildren; Jackie Armentrout and her husband Michael; Gena Popp; Melody Popp; Beth Anne Wilson; Joseph Greer III (who was Clifford’s caregiver) and his wife Michelle; Ryan Greer and Brenen Greer. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his first wife; Joan B. Rozik; his second wife; Eloise Popp; and a son; Cliffy Popp; in 1953.
