Obituary

Ralph L. Clark, 73, of Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township, died Thursday, June 17, 2010 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born in Star Junction on July 24, 1936, he was the son of the late Michael and Besie (Keffer) Clark. Ralph retired from the USX Irvin Works after working 40 years in Maintenance. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carol (Schuller) Clark, 5 daughters, Monica (Eugene) Streets of West Newton, Tracy (John) Mansberry of Uniontown, Shelly Veltre of Fayette City, Faye Clark (Steve Uhar) of Belle Vernon, and Hope (Larry) Magnone of Monessen, 9 grandchildren, Gregory Caudill, Shannon KuyKendall, Chris Caudill, Kelly O'Brien, Ralph Caudill, Jonnie “Lizzie” Mansberry, Edward Veltre, Joshua Mansberry and Jeremy Clark, 7 great grandchildren, sister, Linda Newell of Richmond, Virginia, 2 sisters-in-law, Shirley Clark of Greensburg and Blanche Clark of Grindstone, numerous nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, Mark J. Veltre and Michelle Mansberry, son-in-law, Edward Veltre, and 3 brothers, Charles Clark, George Clark and Lowell Clark. Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ken Sommerfeldt officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
