Albert C. Ornot; 90; of Charleroi; died Tuesday; Feb. 23; 2010; in Monongahela Valley Hospital. He was born July 13; 1919; in North Charleroi; son of the late George and Mary Haliday Ornot. He was a member of Mary; Mother of the Church Parish of Charleroi. Albert was retired from the Corning Glass Plant in Charleroi. Surviving are his wife; Laura Haliday Ornot; two daughters; Rose Marie (George) Slavick; of Fallowfield Township; and Katherine (David) Reho; of Charleroi; two brothers; Walter J. Ornot; of Monongahela; and Carl Ornot; of Bentleyville; two grandchildren; Melissa (Kris) Modar; and Brian (Stephanie) Slavick; and three great-grandchildren; Lyric Modar; and Tristan and Trentan Slavick. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by five brothers; Joseph; Frank; Raymond; Alex and Michael Ornot; and two sisters; Millie and Frances Ornot. Friends will be received in the CARL J. SPALLINO FUNERAL HOME; 819 Fallowfield Ave.; Charleroi; Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Mary; Mother of the Church with the Rev.
