Alan G. Muro; 44; of Belle Vernon; died Saturday; March 28; 2009. Born Aug. 20; 1964; in North Charleroi; he was the son of Judy (Frantz) Hummel; of Pitman; and the late Alan R. Muro. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon; he was Catholic by faith and a self employed contractor. In addition to his mother; he is survived by his wife of 4 1/2 years; Shawndel Samoda Muro; of Belle Vernon; one daughter and son; Shannon and Sabatino Alan Muro; both of Charleroi; three stepdaughters; Courtney; Falyn and Hannah Samoda; all of Belle Vernon; two brothers; Anthony Alan Muro; currently serving with the U.S. Army; and Louis Muro; of Colorado; one sister and brother-in-law; Terri Ann and Matthew Mandia; of Harrisburg; two nephews; Justin and Jeremy Mandia; and one niece; Zoe Mae Baker. In addition to his father; was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Sabatino and Margaret (Fazio) Muro; and his maternal grandparents; Robert and Margaret (DeMarco) Frantz. Relatives and friends will gather at the Belle Vernon Cemetery Chapel on Thursday; April 2; for a 10 a.m. funeral service and interment with the Rev. Lawrence L. Manchas; pastor of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon; officiating. The LEONARD J.
