Cindy Lou Kostelac, 75, of Washington Township, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, in her home, surrounded by her family. A daughter of the late John and Leah Livingstone Ramsey, she was born in Charleroi on April 12, 1951. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 40 years, Cindy was a 1969 Frazier High School graduate. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, she enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth Kostelac; four children, Melissa (Charles) Fidel of Star Junction, Emily (Matthew “Moose”) Johnston of Belle Vernon, John-Paul Kostelac (Chelsea) of Murrysville and Todd Kostelac of El Paso, Texas; six grandchildren, Morgan Fidel (Ryan), Damian Fidel (Sierra), Leyton Johnston, Landry Johnston, Lennox Johnston and Dragen Kostelac; two great grandbabies, Koah and Kash Fidel; and her three siblings, John Ramsey and Luanne Ramsey, both of Herrington, Del., and Laurene Ramsier of Perryopolis.
