Cary Dean Snodgrass; 41; formerly of Belle Vernon; went to be with the Lord peacefully; with his family by his side; Monday; Jan. 23; 2012; in Thorpe’s Personal Care Home. He was a son of Pastor Gary Snodgrass and his wife; Kathy Snodgrass; who survive and reside in Belle Vernon; and the late Janet Watkins Snodgrass. He was born in Akron; Ohio; on Dec. 22; 1970. He had resided in Colorado for the past 16 years. Cary’s home church was the Christian Center Church of Belle Vernon. He was a missionary through Youth With A Mission; serving on staff as an administrator and traveling throughout 18 countries around the world. He genuinely cared about; supported; helped and encouraged numerous people and was cherished by many. He also loved searching family genealogy records. In addition to his father; he is survived by one brother; Gary D. Snodgrass; of East Pittsburgh.
