Evelyn (Dodaro) Kowell; 77; of Monessen; died peacefully on Sunday; Dec. 15; 2013; at her home. She was born in Monessen on May 22; 1936; the daughter of the late John Dodaro and Teresa Altemare Dodaro. Evelyn was a lifelong resident of Monessen; a 1954 graduate of Monessen High School and a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter; Paula Kowell of Monessen; and a sister; Jean Stark of Monessen. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Paul Kowell Jr.; two children; Terri Ann and Shaun Jude Kowell; a brother; John Pat Dodaro; and a brother-in-law; Robert Stark. Friends will be received in the DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES; 441 Reed Avenue Monessen; on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon. Services will be held on Tuesday beginning with a noon blessing in the funeral home; followed by a 12:30 p.m. Funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church; with the Rev. Fr. Michael J.
