Obituary

Anna M. Bitonti Adametz, 77, of Belle Vernon, Washington Township, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Marquis House, Uniontown. Born Sept. 3, 1935, in Belle Vernon, she was the daughter of the late Salvator Samuel and Mary Spina Bitonti. Mrs. Adametz was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and worked in sales for the Pennsylvania Controls Co. of Washington. She was a member of the Anita Garibaldi Society of Belle Vernon. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Joanne and Philip J. Savini Jr., of Uniontown, two sons and daughters-in-law, Paul T. Adametz and wife, Katrina, of Seven Fields, Captain John J. Adametz and wife, Karen, Navy, Frederick, Md., five grandchildren, Domenique Marie Savini, Philip Joseph Savini III, Steven Adametz, Matthew Adametz and J. Spencer Adametz, and a brother, Joseph Bitonti, of Belle Vernon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul S. Adametz (June 25, 2009), and three brothers, Paul, Frank and Samuel Bitonti Jr. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME and CREMATIONS, family owned and operated, 626 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon, 724-929-6183. Prayer service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home, followed by funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church with Monsignor Roger A. Statnick as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of St. Sebastian Parish will pray the rosary for the departed soul of Anna Adametz at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
