Emile P. Molle; 92; of Monessen; died Tuesday; Jan. 28; 2014; in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born in Pricedale on Sept. 28; 1921; the son of the late Joseph and Mary Nichols Molle. Emile was retired from the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation where he worked in the oil well tubing department. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II; having served with Co. B; 841st Engineering Aviation Battalion. He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church and Monessen Hilltop Firemen’s Club. Emile was an avid bowler and enjoyed bowling with the Allenport Retirees Bowling League. He is survived by two daughters; Mary Ann (Darico) Zatelli of West Newton and Emily Wood of West Newton; four grandchildren; Theresa (Scott) Maier of Whitehall; Christine (Mark) Sokol of Scottdale; Stephen E. (Stephanie) Wood of West Newton; and Dara (Ed) Blank of Jefferson Hills; 10 great-grandchildren; Karly and Jessica Maier; Amanda; Maxwell; and Evan Sokol; Brynly; Stevie; and Mackenzie Wood; Leah and Chloe Blank; and two nephews and a niece; Bob (Pat) Molle; Barry (Ernie) Molle; Yvonne Molle. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife; Ida Vitale Molle; a brother; Joseph Molle; two sisters; Betty Ehrhart and Norma Molle; and a son-in-law; Stephen D. Wood. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES; 441 Reed Ave.; Monessen. Services will be held Friday; Jan. 31; 2014; beginning with a blessing at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home; followed by a noon funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Church.
