Lawrence R. Guarascio; 80; of Philadelphia; died Sunday; Feb. 21; 2010; at Pennsylvania Hospital; Philadelphia. Born Nov. 24; 1929; in Donora; he was the son of the late Peter and Pauline Pak Guarascio. A resident of Philadelphia for the past 35 years; Mr. Guarascio was a member of St. John’s Roman Catholic Church; and sang in the church choir. He was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the U.S. Air Force. He was preceded in death by a sister; Molly Guarascio Fava. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the LEONARD J.
