Caroline Horan; 82; passed away on Saturday; July 31; 2010; at Mt. Vernon of South Park. She was born on Oct. 25; 1927; in Monessen; the daughter of Thomas and Ivy Chisholm. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her loving husband; William J. Horan; two sisters; Jenny and Ruby; and three brothers; Thomas; Frank; and Harry. She is survived by two sons; William T. Horan and wife; Lori; of Gainesville; Va.; and Michael Horan and wife; Becky; of Elizabeth; one daughter; Cindy Short and husband; Regis; of Bethel Park; seven grandchildren; Jennifer Moores and husband; Brian; of Haymarket; Va.; Michael J. W. Horan and wife; Cindy; of Bristow; Va.; Erika Horan; of Elizabeth; Matthew and Joy Short; of South Fayette; Dan Short; and Katie Short; of Bethel Park; six great-grandchildren; Ally; Logan; Andrew; Brennan; Connor; and Julia; and several nieces; nephews; and cousins.
