Obituary

Mary Lou Moskal, 81, of Belle Vernon, died Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Born in Belle Vernon on November 27, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Mike and Mary (Pedulla) Moskal Sr.

MaryLou worked for 36 years at Howard Johnson's Restaurant in Rostraver Township from their opening day in December 1963, until their closing in 1999.

She is survived by her brother, Mike Moskal Jr. of Belle Vernon; nephews, John Trosiek of Baltimore, MD and Christopher Trosiek of Alexandria, VA; many friends and neighbors including Marianne DeGrange, Greta Novak, Mary Lee Margovic and Shirley Lynch.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Carl "Sam" Moskal; and sister, Frances Mae Trosiek.
