Linda L. Ellin, 73, of Charleroi, formerly of Belle Vernon, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2016 in Allegheny General Hospital. A daughter of the late Russell Lee Carney and Dolores Michener Carney, she was born in North Charleroi on July 10, 1943. Linda worked for Dick's Sporting Goods for 12 years and retired in 2014. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Albert and Kelly Imbrogno, of Rostraver Twp., one granddaughter, Alyssa Imbrogno, one great-granddaughter, Jaela Koerbel, two brothers, Martin Matyas and Michael Matyas, both of Charleroi. She will be sadly missed by her best friend and companion, Kenneth Lynn of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ellin and a sister, Sandra. There will be no public visitation or services. The Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon is handling arrangements.
