Obituary
Hope Lucille Steen, 96, of Struthers, OH, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 in Salem North Healthcare Center, Salem, OH. A daughter of the late William and Eva Young Williamson, she was born in Pricedale on February 3, 1923. Formerly of Monessen, Dunlevy, and Belle Vernon, Hope had been a resident of Boardman and Struthers, OH since 2000. She was protestant by faith and a loving wife and dedicated homemaker. Hope had been formerly employed as a receptionist for Dr. John Beggs. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Patti Jo and Rod Yocum of Beaver Twp., OH, Chrystal and Rick Wurm of Boardman, OH, and Kim and Robin Grant of Mentor, OH. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mitch Steen on August 7, 1996, a sister, Jean Grant in 2013, and two brothers, Robert and Jack Williamson. Friends will be received on Saturday from 1 to 2 P.M. in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon.www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com. 724-929-5300.
