Celia A. Davis,79 of Rostraver Twp.,passed away Thursday, Nov. 8,2018 in the Walnut Ridge Nursing Center,Greensburg. She was born in Monessen,April 15,1939,a daughter of the late Noah and Elizabeth Joseph Behanna. Celia was a graduate of Monessen High School with the Class of 1957. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Monessen. Celia enjoyed card party's,travel,and visiting family. Surviving are her husband,Lawrence "Beans" Davis, three daughters,Leslie A. and husband,Jeff McInerney,of San Antonio, TX.,Jodie L. and husband David B. Pepin of Gerogetown,TX.and Lynn A. and husband Stephen Matsick of Rostraver Twp.; grandchildren,Ryan J. McInerney,Amy E. McInerney and Andrew D. Pepin;several nieces,nephews,and cousins. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Richie and brother, Gerald N. Behanna. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.,1209 Grand Blvd.,Monessen,where friends will be welcomed from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m.,Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Monday morning. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery,Belle Vernon.
