Emma L. Vargo; 83; of Rostraver Township; died Sunday; April 12; 2009. Born in Allenport on Jan. 19; 1926; she was the daughter of the late Christy H. and Violet (Collins) McKee. Emma; a homemaker; also worked for Guttman Oil Company for 18 years. She was a member of Fundamental Bible Church in Perryopolis.
