Sara M. Worry, 96, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 13, 2024 in Allegheny General Hospital. A daughter of the late James and Lucy Lopez Rogers, she was born in Belle Vernon on April 24, 1927. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Sara was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the Annita Garibaldi. She loved to cook and bake for her family. Survivors include a daughter, Donna Conrad of Belle Vernon, a son, Ed P. Worry of Belle Vernon, and two grandchildren, Vanessa Kishur (Cody) of Pittsburgh and Jillian Conrad of Pittsburgh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steve N. Worry on July 25, 1991, a son, Stephen M. Worry on December 5, 1998; sisters, Rose Bitonti, Mary Tomaro, Jenny Forte, Kay Cacciamani, and Virginia Veltri, and a brother, Joe “Brother Joe” Rogers.
