Frances M. Colvin; 93; of Belle Vernon; went to be with the Lord on Thursday; Jan.14; 2010; in Easy Living Estates of Hunker. A daughter of the late Charles and Lillian McClain Wallace; she was born in Monongahela on Sept. 19; 1916. She was a member of the Rehoboth Presbyterian Church and had volunteered for over 20 years at the Westmoreland County Food Bank until 2008. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 57 years; she will be loved and remembered by many friends and relatives. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law; Kenton R. and Madeline Nescot Colvin of Morgantown; W.Va.; and Jan and Janet Colvin of Winston-Salem; N.C.; three grandchildren; Kevin R. Colvin of Greensboro; N.C.; Dwayne Colvin of Bensalem and Dawn R. Colvin Ellis of Cleveland; Ohio; two great-granddaughters; and two great-grandsons. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Walter R. Colvin Jr.; in 1975; a grandson; Keith R. Colvin; in July 2009; a sister; Sara Wallace Kimball; and two brothers; Albion Wallace and Wilbur Wallace.
