Obituary

Adeline M. Barch, 88, of Belle Vernon, died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2008, in Mon Valley Hospital Inc. She was born Nov. 29, 1919, in Braddock, a daughter of the late Louis Rog and the late Anna Rog Bilski and Joseph Bilski Sr. She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City and the Handmaids of the church. Mrs. Barch is survived by two sons, Walter Barch Jr. and wife Barbara, of Washington Township, and Robert Barch and wife Tammy, of Lakeland, Fla., six grandchildren, Kimberly Ayersman and husband Tim, Wally Barch and wife Erika, Tammy Jo Corn, Renee Niles and husband Cameron, Bobby Barch and Shawn Barch, seven great-grandchildren, Jordan Ayersman, Ashlyn Ayersman, Joshua Corn, Tommy Barch, Tyler Barch, Bobby Barch and Dusty Barch, seven sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter A. Barch Sr., an infant sister, Florence, and six brothers, Louis, Joseph Jr., John, Clement, George and Floyd. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Main St., Fayette City (724-326-5621), on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 13, until 9:30 a.m., when a Blessing service will take place, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Holy Spirit R.C. Church, Fayette City, with the Rev. Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A parish Wake service will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com
