Ann G. Holet Fazio, 104, of Belle Vernon, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Meadowcrest Nursing Home, Bethel Park. Born April 4, 1917 in Pricedale, PA she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Wozniak Holet. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Fazio was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church. She is survived by two sons & daughters in law Dennis & Joan Fazio of Pittsburgh, Barry & Janis Fazio of Cape Coral, FL, grandchildren Jaime Fazio, Janine Mackellar, Rachel Williams, Sarah Bryant; great grandchildren Thomas Williams, Nathan Williams, Zuri Mackellar, and Tyrus Mackellar. She is preceded in death by her husband Angelo S. Fazio, five brothers John, Charles, Andrew, Michael, and Peter Holet, two sisters Helen Krivda and Evelyn Krivda. Visitation will be held Saturday from 8:45-9:30 am at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Prayers of Transfer will be held Saturday at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 10:00 am at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In accordance with state mandates masks MUST be worn and social distancing must be maintained.
