Amos J. Stanley; 82; of Belle Vernon died Friday; Feb. 23; 2007 in HCR Manor Care; McMurray. Born Jan. 12; 1925; in Arnold City; he was the son of the late John and Bertha (Round) Stanley. A WWII Navy veteran; prior to his retirement he had been emplyed by Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel; Monessen; in the B.O.F. dept. Survivors include his wife; Wanda (Keffer) Stanley; a son and daughter in law; David and Susan Stanley; of Belle Vernon; two daughers and son in law; Amy and Richard Stofan and Frances and Joseph Vaccaro; all of Belle Vernon; nine grandchildren; Lisa; Heather; Jillian; David Jr.; Lauren and Abigail Stanley; Carly and Kelly Stofan and Todd Vaccaro. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son; Thomas Stanley; and two brothers; John and Clarence Stanley.
