William J. McDuffie; 49; of Long Branch; died Wednesday; May 9; 2007; in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born in North Charleroi on June 6; 1957. Bill was a member of the Allenport Rod and Gun Club; the West Brownsville American Legion and the Pricedale Russian Club. He was a pipefitter with Local 354 of the Plumbers and Pipefitters. Survivors include his wife; Norma Jean Chucuddy McDuffie; one son and daughter-in-law; Joshua and Lauren McDuffie; serving in the U.S. Army in Hawaii; his mother and step-father; Betty and James Abbott; of Roscoe; his father; William H. McDuffie; of Anacortes; Wash.; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; Shirley and Norman Chucuddy; of Allenport; two step-brothers; Scott McDuffie; of Scottdale; and Robbie McDuffie; of Anacortes; Wash.; and one brother-in-law; Mark Chucuddy; of Allenport. Mr. McDuffie was preceded in death by his step-father; James Dutchko.
