She was born Feb. 8; 1934; in Monessen; a daughter of the late John Nusser and the late Theresa Tangle Nusser. She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. She is survived by a son; Patrick James Brazzon and wife Lisa; of Smithton; a daughter; Justine Livingstone and husband Kim; of Belle Vernon; and a brother; John Nusser and wife Gerry; of Belle Vernon. She was preceded in death by her husband; James Nip Brazzon.
