Olga Yetsconish Grazzini; 76; of State College; a former lifelong resident of Fayette City; died Sunday; April 16; 2006; in Mt. Nittany Medical Center; State College. She was born June 2; 1929; in Fayette City; a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Savko Yetsconish. Always active in her community; Olga retired from teaching at Marion Elementary School in the Belle Vernon Area School District and enjoyed singing with the Joyful Sounds Christian Singers. Prior to her graduation from California University of Pennsylvania with a BAE in special education; Olga was a homemaker and the owner/operator of a beauty shop. She belonged to the Community of Christ Church in Fayette City and attended Mt. Nittany United Methodist Church in State College. Surviving are two sons; Robert Gene Grazzini and wife Tonia; of Cumberland; Md.; and Richard Alan Grazzini and wife Andrea; of State College; four granddaughters; Elize Zamiara and husband Steve; of San Diego; Calif.; Kris Sandberg and husband Brian; of California; Md.; Maren Grazzini and husband Matt Spear; of Encinitas; Calif.; and Kate Grazzini; of State College; two grandsons; Steve Grazzini; of Bloomington; Ind.; and Ben Grazzini; of Brooklyn; N.Y.; one great-grandson; Augie Spear; of Encinitas; Calif.; a brother; Paul Yetsconish and wife Florence; of Cary; N.C.; a sister; Sophia Seals and husband Ronald; of Lake Hopatcong; N.J.; two sisters-in-law; Ann Yetsconish; of Belle Vernon (Fairhope); and Helen Yetsconish; of Fayette City. She was preceded in death by four brothers; Charles; John; Jay and Mike Yetsconish; and three sisters; Helen Onufer; Ann Adametz and Mary Melissas. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday; April 22; until 10 a.m.; the hour of services in the funeral home with Elder William Mines and Elder Thomas Hamer co-officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Olga has already been honored by the constant prayers and attention of her friends and family during her recent illness.
