Susan Sokol Koslasky; 80; of Belle Vernon (Fairhope); died Saturday; March 4; 2006 at 11:45 a.m. at her home. Born July 26; 1925 in Red Hill; she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Drozda Sokol. Mrs. Koslasky was a homemaker and member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church in Belle Vernon; where she also volunteered baking for many church fund raisers. She is survived by her daughter; Lorraine Koslasky; of Fairhope; a sister-in-law; Julia Paholski; of Belle Vernon (Lynnwood) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; Enoch Koslasky; her son; Robert Koslasky; on Oct. 9; 2005; two sisters; Margaret Rubyor and Mary Carnahan; and three brothers; Michael; Peter and John Sokol. Visitation will be held Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; family owned and operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon (724-929-6183). Services will be held Tuesday; March 7 at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with the Very Rev. John J. Kluchko of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church officiating. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parastas Service will be held Monday at 8:15 p.m. in the funeral home.
