Obituary

Anne I. Pritchard, 82, formerly of Lynnwood (Belle Vernon), died peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2006, in Nedrow's Personal Care Home, Stahlstown. A daughter of the late Titay and Mary Kernitsky Pohlot, she was born in Monessen on July 24, 1923. She was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church of Monessen and had 50 years of service with Corning Glass of Charleroi, retiring in 1979. Mrs. Pritchard had resided at Nedrow's for four years and prior to that, had lived with her daughter in Rector for three years. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Jay Angeline, of Rector, a sister, Margaret Nahaj, of Belle Vernon, and a sister-in-law, Meleva Pohlot, of Bentleyville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Pritchard in 1979, two brothers, Michael and Andrew Pohlot, and a sister, Helen Luksich. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICE, www.fergusonfuneralhome.net , a Golden Rule Member Firm, 724-929-5300, 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
