Obituary

Lucille A. Badock, 80, formerly of Fairhope (Belle Vernon), died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, in the Hallsworth House, Monessen. A daughter of the late William and Ceta Baldwin Horan, she was born in Spangler on April 8, 1925. A resident of Fairhope since 1950, she was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church of Fayette City. Mrs. Badock retired in 1988 after 10 years with the former Fox Grocery Co. and she was an avid bingo player. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynne and Rob Rohland, of Rostraver Township, and Nancy and John Yetsconish, of Fairhope, five grandchildren, Shaun and Danielle Rohland, Kevin McCorkle, and Johnny and Carlee Yetsconish, three sisters, Sarah Hrycko, of Monessen, Kathleen Uchrinscko, of West Newton, and Colleen Luko, of Bentleyville, and four brothers, David Horan, of Webster, William Horan, of Monessen, Thomas Horan, of Rostraver Township, and Verne Horan, of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Max Badock, on Dec. 22, 1977, two sisters, Joan Deneen and Dolores Gallagher, and a brother, Leroy Horan. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC. AND CREMATION SERVICE, a Golden Rule Member Firm, 724-929-5300, 700 Broad Ave., Belle Vernon. A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Father Len McAlpin officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
