Edward Anthony Landosky; 82; of Belle Vernon (Washington Township); died Friday; Nov. 4; 2005; at 3:14 p.m. in the Washington Care Home; Washington; Pa. Born March 7; 1923 in Washington Township; he was a son of the late Joseph and Josephine Ruzicka Lewandowski. A lifelong resident of Washington Township; Mr. Landowsky was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vetnon and was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport Plant; where he worked as a shipping clerk. He was a veteran of World War II where he served in the U.S. Navy. The last remaining member of his immediate family; he is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers; Caesar; Stanley and Zigmund Levandowsky; and four sisters; Jennie Badock; Faye Bilski; Wanda Jaskowick and Virginia C. Barnot. Visitation and prayer services were held Monday; Nov. 7; 2005; at the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; family owned and operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon (724-929-6183); followed by a Funeral Mass in St Sebastian R.C. Church. Entombment took place in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
