John L. Jack O’Toole; 67; of Fayette City (Gillespie); died Thursday; Sept. 8; 2005; in the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He was born July 3; 1938; in North Charleroi; a son of the late John E. and Sara McFall O’Toole. He was retired as the owner of O’Toole’s Business Equipment in Monessen. Mr. O’Toole was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City; DAV Chapter 131; American Legion Post 484 in Fayette City; the Gillespie Slovak Club and Knights of Columbus. Surviving are his wife; Eileen Morgan O’Toole; and son; Daniel O’Toole of Rostraver Township; four daughters; Donna and John Bernero of Great Falls; Va.; Maureen O’Toole of Glen Burnie; Md.; AmyJo and Tom Rapp of Monongahela; and Susan and Alan Buza of Rostraver Township; one brother; Thomas O’Toole and wife Kathy of Bay City; Mich.; nine grandchildren; Meaghan O’Toole; Morgan Bernero; Jessica; Sara; Rebecca and Thomas Rapp; Shane O’Toole; SaraAnn and Samantha Buza; and three nieces. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m.; Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.; and Monday; Sept. 12; until 9:30 a.m. when a blessing service will take place; followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in Holy Spirit R.C. Church with the Rev. Fr. Leonard McAlpin as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
