Julia Hela; 94; of Perryopolis (Jefferson Township); died Saturday; Aug. 7; 2004 in Mountainview Specialty Care Center; Greensburg. She was born Thursday; April 21; 1910 in Fayette City; Pa.; the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Baltisuectic Lucas. She was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church; Belle Vernon. Mrs. Hela was preceded in death by her husband; John Hela Sr.; on May 6; 2004; and three brothers; Benjamin; Walter and Edward Lucas. She is survived by one daughter; Marcia Ann Hela of Mt. Pleasant; and one son; John Hela Jr. of Jefferson Township. Friends will be received at the ELEY-McCRORY; 334 Main St.; Fayette City; on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m.; Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday; Aug. 11 until 11 a.m. when a blessing service will take place with Rev. Fr. John Kluchko officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A Parastas service will be held Tuesday at 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
