Ornella M. Nell Doty; 75; of Monessen; died Friday; June 4; 2004; in Thorpe’s Personal Care Home; North Charleroi; following a short illness with cancer. She was born Jan. 5; 1929; in Monessen; a daughter of the late Patrizio Caporossi and Emma Cruciani Caporossi. Mrs. Doty was a lifelong resident of Monessen and a 1947 graduate of Monessen High School. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law; Diane and David DeLuca; of Feeding Hills; Mass.; two brothers; Joseph Caporossi and his wife; Angela; of Monessen; and Frank Caporossi; of Las Vegas; Nev.; a sister-in-law; Dorothy Doty; of North Charleroi; two grandchildren; Lonnie DeLuca; of Boston; Mass.; and Lauren DeLuca; of Feeding Hills; Mass.; and by nieces; nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Daniel R. Doty; in 1986. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the DALFONSO-BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.; 441 Reed Ave.; Monessen (724-684-8750). Services will be held Tuesday; beginning with a 9:30 a.m. blessing in the funeral home; followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church; Monessen. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Albert Gallatin Hospice; through the funeral home.
