Betty J. Rothrock; 69; of Rostraver Township; died Friday; March 19; 2004; in Westmoreland Regional Hospital; Greensburg. Born in Charleroi on Sept. 29; 1934; she was a daughter of the late Howard and Ruth Keys Riggle. Betty was a member of First United Methodist Church in Charleroi and the Methodist Women. She also was a member of the Pitt Golden Panthers; the Democratic Women; and several card clubs. She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law; Mark L. and Missy Rothrock of Charleroi; and Chris E. Rothrock of Rostraver Township; one daughter and son-in-law; Cynthia and Jay Zimmerman of Jefferson; Md.; one brother and sister-in-law; Jack and Betty Ann Riggle of Elco; one sister and brother-in-law; Janet and Allen Agamedi of Charleroi; five grandchildren; Cody; Lindsay and Sarah Rothrock and Taylor and Mason Zimmerman; one close nephew; Kenneth Haywood; and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; Harold L. Rothrock; on Nov. 23; 1990; two brothers; Arthur and Gilbert Riggle; and one sister; Helen Mae Napovanic. Friends will be received Sunday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. in the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC.; 580 Circle Drive; Sweeney Plan/Rostraver Township; where funeral services will be held Monday; March 22 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Bruce Northey; pastor of First United Methodist Church in Charleroi; officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery; Rostraver Township.
