Mrs. Jacob Smock,aged 26 years,died at her home in Rostraver township, near Belle Vernon Wednesday afternoon,September 2,1914,at about 2:30 o'clock. Mrs. Smock was aged 26 years and is the mother of six children,the youngest quite small. Her death came very suddenly and will be a great shock to her host of friends and relatives. It is thought that her death was the result of injuries sustained the day before while gathering tomatoes in her garden.
