Michael Ike Costello; 89; of Rostraver Township; died Monday; April 7; 2003; at 7:58 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital; Carroll Township. He was born Oct. 24; 1913; in Hannastown; Pa.; a son of the late John and Anna Simko Costello. He was a resident of the Belle Vernon community for the past 58 years and had owned and operated Ike’s Radiator Shop in Belle Vernon. Catholic by faith; he was a member of the Fairhope Rod and Gun Club and was a life member of the Belle Vernon Musical Society. Survivors include his wife Ann Simensky Costello; one son and daughter-in-law; Michael D. and Janice Costello of Rostraver Township; one daughter; Mary Ann Landkrohn of Rostraver Township; one brother; John Costello of Arizona; two grandchildren; Melissa Ann Riva and Michael Aaron Costello; and one great-granddaughter; Janna Riva. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death b y one brother; Joseph Costello; and two step brothers; George Sekara and Jake Sekara. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the LEONARD J. PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME; Family owned and operated; 626 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon; where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
