James L. Fawcett; 47; of Belle Vernon; Rostraver Township; died Wednesday; March 5; 2003. Born June 7; 1955; in North Charleroi; he was the son of James Fawcett of Monessen and the late Norma Hoag Fawcett; who died Jan. 6; 2000. Mr. Fawcett was a resident of Rostraver Township for the past 13 years; a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; Belle Vernon; and employed by Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel; Allenport Plant; where he worked as a mechanic for the past 29 years. He was a member of the Fairhope Rod & Gun Club; Belle Vernon Musical Society; and National Rifle Association. James also loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived and sadly missed by his wife; Robin Lynne Kozura Fawcett; to whom he was married 22 years; one daughter; Jamie Lynn Fawcett; at home; two sisters and brothers-in-law; Sondra and William Dominick of Rostraver Township and Linda and Michael Malenowski of Monessen; and 10 nieces and nephews. A Prayer Service will be held Saturday; March 8; at noon in the funeral home followed by Funeral Mass at 12:30 p.m. in St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev.
