Obituary

Adell Hussar, 77, of Fayette City, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2002, in Havencrest Nursing Center. She was born Aug. 31, 1925, in Rostraver Township, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Almeda E. Peroney Nichols. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army Medical Corp., member of Brightwell-Daughtery American Legion Post 484 Fayette City, retired owner of Adell's Floral and a member of the Fairhope Rod & Gun Club. Surviving is her husband Edward Hussar and children, John J. Heck and wife Veronica of Fayette City, Benjamin Heck and wife Tillie of Perryopolis, brothers, James R. Nichols and Emerson F. Nichols both of Fayette City and sisters, Ida Hawker of Lowber, Fayette City and Almeda Sala of Fayette City. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Renne Shawley and husband William of Texas, Donna Saxberg and husband Richard of Belle Vernon, Marie Bradberry and husband John of Florida and John E. Heck of Fayette City, and two great-grandchildren, Dustin Shawley and Breann Saxberg. Friends will be received at the ELEY-MCCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Main St., Fayette City, from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and until 11 a.m. Monday, the hour of services in the funeral home with Rev.
